Our Startup Business Essentials Package contains everything you need to get started with your new business venture.
Following an initial consultation with one of our consultants, your new company will be professionally set-up in accordance with your needs and company type. Your new company will be formally registered with Companies House in your name(s) and you will have the option to use our designated mailing address or another of your choice.
Depending on company type and structure, you will be allocated a specialist accountant. Company accounts will be set-up with 3 months bookkeeping and payroll included. At the end of the 3 month period, you can choose to continue at a discounted rate or switch to another accountant of your choice.
Your logo and business cards will be designed by one of our branding and design specialists once the company has been registered. You will be sent a minimum of 3 variations with 2 revisions included along with business card designs. A minimum of 250 printed cards is included to get you going.
Your company website, social media channels and email account will be set-up within 7 working days of completed branding. All logins, passwords and any related assets will be transferred.
We aim to complete the whole process within 21 working days although the vast majority are finalised and live within 10 working days.
